hey guys! im so excited to finally get to answer one of these! well anyway, im not really positive about this, but its just what i think: i think that if you need your dog to be truly happy in Heaven, i think God will probably understand that, and let your dog be in Heaven when you get there. but on the other hand, if your dog is becoming more important than God in your life at any time, then i guess it could be considered idolizing, which is a no-no. ;) or maybeeee there will be like, one day every year or so [i dont know how they measure time in Heaven] where everyone gets to see their dog for a little while..and then go back to partying with Jesus!
well, even though i might have missed the mark by a mile, thats what i think!
i hope you all have a fantastic day! love all around! :)
nate-- i dont think so. i mean, that may totally contradict with what i said up there, but i really dont. i think in order to have a soul, you have to be able to like, comprehend God, i guess? im not sure how to put it. but you have to be able to LOVE to have a soul, and to tell you the truth, i dont know if animals really understand LOVE.
You're very honest... and some of life's hardest questions just don't seem to be that clear sometimes. So it's good to think out loud...and that is what you are doing on this blog....well done nat..well done.
